You will enjoy different types of Singapore cuisine (Chinese, Malay, Indian) paired with 5 wines that Nicole will bring. You will learn about principles of pairing wine with local food, and the incredibly knowledgeable and effervescent Nicole will answer your wine and Asian food pairing questions. About Nicole Roche:
Nicole Roche is an accomplished wine and spirits professional with a strong reputation for her expertise, engaging approach, and ability to connect with guests. She currently oversees the beverage programmes at Michelin-starred restaurant Nouri and Appetite SG, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the development of distinctive and memorable beverage experiences.

A sought-after speaker and industry educator, Nicole regularly shares her expertise through podcasts, innovative tasting sessions, and leading industry events such as ProWine Singapore. She holds a Level 4 Diploma in Wine and has represented Singapore on international industry trips to Hong Kong, the USA, and Germany, further strengthening her global perspective and deepening her knowledge of the international wine landscape.
